If you need your medical certificate to cover more than 24 hours prior, please feel free to request a telehealth consultation. Yes, the age limit for our current Online Medical Certificate pathway is 18 years and above. This is because minors require longer consultations, which we do not currently provide. We will be offering such services in the near future, so please stay tuned.

When you requested an MC, your account was created using the email address you provided. You can simply set or reset your password to log in to your account/patient portal. If your request hasn’t been approved yet, you should see it as pending. Once it’s issued, you’ll be able to download it.
