At NextClinic, you can get a medical certificate online within one business hour of your request. You’ll receive your medical certificate via email, or you can download it from your secure patient portal.

Online medical certificates are legally valid in Australia. However, if your employer has specific concerns, they can verify the authenticity of your certificate by contacting us directly. Each certificate includes the issuing doctor's details and registration number for verification purposes.
