Is It an Upper Respiratory Infection? Symptoms and Care

That cough, sore throat, and general feeling of being unwell can really slow you down. An Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI) is a common cause of these symptoms, but getting the right diagnosis is key to a fast recovery. An online doctor consultation for cold symptoms can provide the clarity you need.

You might have a URTI if you're experiencing:

  • A persistent cough
  • A sore, scratchy throat
  • A runny or stuffy nose
  • Sneezing and sinus pressure
  • A mild headache or body aches
  • Low-grade fever

While these are common symptoms of an upper respiratory infection, it's important to know when to see a doctor for a URTI. A professional can help determine if it's a simple head cold or something that requires specific treatment, and can advise on how to treat a URTI, which may not always involve antibiotics.

Don't just guess what's wrong. Get a professional diagnosis from the comfort of your home and start on the path to feeling better today.
