Is It Menopause? Common Symptoms & Diagnosis

Navigating the changes in your body can feel overwhelming and isolating. If you're experiencing new or disruptive symptoms, you could be in perimenopause or menopause. An online menopause consultation can provide the clarity and support you need.

Recognising the signs is the first step. Common symptoms our doctors can help with include:

  • Hot flushes and night sweats
  • Mood swings, irritability, or feelings of anxiety
  • Difficulty sleeping or insomnia
  • Brain fog, memory lapses, and trouble concentrating
  • Vaginal dryness and discomfort
  • Reduced libido
  • Irregular periods (in perimenopause)
  • Fatigue and low energy levels

While these are common signs, a telehealth diagnosis for perimenopause and menopause is crucial. A doctor can help you understand if you are a candidate for hormone replacement therapy and rule out other conditions.

Don't navigate this journey alone. Our compassionate doctors are here to listen and provide a professional diagnosis for your menopause symptoms.
