Nitrates? No.
If you take nitrates for chest pain, ED medication can dangerously drop your blood pressure. Tell the doctor everything you’re on — that’s what the call is for.

Treatment is prescribed only if it’s clinically appropriate for you. Complex health conditions are better assessed in person — the doctor will say so honestly.

Check-ins every two months are included — the doctor can adjust your dose or switch you to a different medication at no extra cost.

Visit the FAQs page →Absolutely. You will receive your ED prescription via SMS if you choose the script-only option. Please note that all clinical decisions are made at the discretion of the assessing doctor and their clinical judgement.
Once you have completed your initial consultation and your doctor has initiated a treatment plan, simply accept the plan to receive your ED eScripts straight away. If you choose home delivery, you will be notified once your medication has been shipped from our partner pharmacies.
Due to legislation, we are not allowed to disclose the exact medication you are getting before the consultation with the practitioner. Don't worry, you will see your plan details before accepting.
During your assessment, you'll select your preferred time to be called. Our doctors work flexible hours and will do their best to call you within your chosen time slot. If they can't reach you, we'll automatically try again during the next available slot. You can also reschedule your appointment anytime if needed.
No problem at all. We'll automatically schedule another attempt during the next available time slot. You'll also receive a notification so you can reschedule to a time that works better for you.

Initial consultation is $49.90 and variable cost every 2-months depending on the plan you choose.
For self-dispense plan, it will be $39.90 every 2-months, or $179.50 for the entire year if you choose the annual plan. The first batch of scripts are included in the initial consultation fees.
For home-delivery plan, the pricing varies by the prescribed medications which is up to the practitioner. Due to Australian legislation, we are not allowed to show the price on our website but you will be able to review it once you have received the plan from us.

Not at all. You can choose to dispense your medication yourself at any pharmacy. We'll send you regular e-script tokens that you can use wherever is most convenient for you. Total flexibility.
That's exactly why we include 2-monthly check-ins at no extra cost. Your practitioner can adjust your dosage or try a different medication until we find what works for you.
Completely confidential. We use bank-level encryption, comply with Australian privacy laws, and never share your health information with anyone except your treating practitioner.
